Baked Rainbow Carrot Fries

- 2 lb Organic Rainbow Carrots
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Rosemary

Instructions
- Wash and peal 6-7 organic rainbow carrots.
- Cut into fries size pieces and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and rosemary and mix well. Ensure that all pieces are placed evenly on the sheet, so that they are baked evenly.
- Preheat oven for 425F and bake for 30 minutes. Ensure to flip from time to time.
- Serve while hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Tastes great with homemade hummus!
