Cut into fries size pieces and place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and rosemary and mix well. Ensure that all pieces are placed evenly on the sheet, so that they are baked evenly.
Preheat oven for 425F and bake for 30 minutes. Ensure to flip from time to time.
Serve while hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Tastes great with homemade hummus!
