Hi,
My name is Lena, and I am so happy that you are here to hear my story and to join me in this amazing journey of a holistic lifestyle!
I have been passionate about health and wellness since I was a teenager, and it is finally time for me to share this passion with you, so that you can benefit from it in your journey of achieving your optimal health and wellness through a holistic lifestyle.
Why do I have what it takes to help you? Because I’ve done it all.. I was a vegan, a vegetarian, a carnivore, a pescetarian, and definitely had my share of extreme diets, cleanses and detoxes. I’ve dealt with eating disorders, yo-yo dieting and body image issues, so I know what a vicious cycle this can be.
Not all experiences were fun, but they sure taught me a hell of a lot about my body; knowledge that I am eager to share in order to help YOU achieve your optimal quality of life, learn to be happy in your own skin, and achieve your body’s and mind’s full potential.
The biggest lesson that I have learned was that you need to listen to your body. I’ll say it again, just because it is *that* important: Listen to Your Body! The fact that your BFF follows a strict paleo diet does not mean that this is the right diet for you. Likewise, the fact that your partner follows a vegan lifestyle, does not mean that this is the lifestyle that suits you and your health needs. Since we are all so unique, it is important to not only listen to your body, but to also be kind to it.
Now, since the topic here isn’t only nutrition, but rather, a holistic lifestyle to achieve optimal health and wellness, I will be sharing with you all that I know about personal hygiene, spirituality, and how to stay active in a way that benefits *your* body the most!
